A bespoke Leadership Development Programme for brand new team leaders/future team leaders.

The Aspiring Leaders programme has been designed to improve leadership capability by transforming the contribution senior/experienced delegates can make whilst they are gently transitioning over time into a leadership role. The modular programme, running over a 6 month period, has been developed specifically to help experienced professionals with management potential to develop appropriate skills in preparation for a greater leadership contribution within your company.

Programme: 6 x 1 day workshops consisting of a half day workshop in the morning and 1:2:1 mini coaching sessions in the afternoon with a maximum 10 delegates.
